Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF)

The Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work is a regulated one-day qualification designed to equip you with essential lifesaving skills to respond confidently in workplace emergency situations. This course meets the requirements of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations and is perfect for individuals who will act as the appointed emergency first aider in their organisation. Participants learn practical techniques and the knowledge needed to deliver safe, prompt and effective first aid until professional help arrives. Upon successful completion, learners receive a certificate valid for three years.

  • The role and responsibilities of an emergency first aider

  • Assessing an incident safely

  • Managing an unresponsive casualty

  • CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and defibrillation (AED)
